Dannii Minogue said she is giving her contestants a good chance of winning this year's X Factor.

Earlier in the week, the judge blew off rumours she was "dumped" as contestant Rachel Hylton's mentor.

Minogue said she is not worried that bookies are backing Cheryl Cole's girls to win the competition.

"The girls are really good this year. She's got an incredible category but I just want to give my contestants the chance every week to show their talents," she said.

"I think that the public love them as people. Daniel has been the bookies favourite every week to leave and he's just rocketing through. So don't listen to everything Simon Cowell says."
