We know him best as Hunter from The Gladiators, but former body builder James Crossley has launched a boot camp.

The York-born beefcake who once dated Ulrika Jonsson went on to become an actor and a property developer.

But his latest role sees him showing those of us who are lacking in the muscle department, how to get in shape.

Crossley said: "We've launched a boot camp in Fulham - taking women and getting them in shape.

"It's a reasonable price and a lot cheaper than a personal trainer."

Crossley said the boot camp has been getting some good results: "You're almost guaranteed to lose half a stone. We've been training some women who are about to get married and they're lost ten pounds in two weeks."
