Daniel Radcliffe denies cannabis allegation

Daniel Radcliffe's people have spoken out and said he was not smoking cannabis at a party.

A picture published on the front page of The Mirror shows the Harry Potter star smoking.

The paper claims it is a spliff

But the actor's camp say it was a roll up cigarette he was enjoying - nothing else.

In a statement the young actor's publicity team say: "We categorically deny the allegations regarding Daniel Radcliffe published in today's Daily Mirror. Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this. We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations."
