Contact has been made with one of the kidnapped Britons being held by pirates off the Somali coast.
Paul Chandler, from Tunbridge Wells, has been interviewed by ITV News from a container ship in the Indian Ocean.
It is six days since he and his wife Rachel were taken captive en route to Tanzania.
During the crackly phone call Mr Chandler said: "We are at the moment in the captain's cabin of the container ship Kota Wajah.
"We are hostage together with this ship."
Explaining how they were captured, he said: "I was off watch. I was asleep and men with guns came aboard. It was on Friday last week at 0230."
A Spanish military helicopter has spotted the hijacked yacht near the Somali coast.
British officials are attempting to secure the couple's release.
