TV stylist Gok Wan has been talking about his new obesity documentary.

Gok wants to highlight the issue in his own unique way and will be talking about his weight battle as a youngster.

He said re-living his 'fat day's will make for difficult viewing as he was bullied as a child for being obese.

However, Gok hopes that he will encourage anyone currently battling with their weight to make the effort and get fit.
