Serkis excited about Hobbit movies
Actor Andy Serkis says he's looking forward to reprising his role as Gollum in the forthcoming adaptation of JRR Tolkien's The Hobbit.
Directed by Guillermo del Toro, two films will see Serkis and Sir Ian McKellen back as Gollum and Gandalf.
The movies will be filmed back-to-back in New Zealand over the next four years but apparently will use less CGI than their executive producer Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Serkis said: "I'm really really looking forward to it. It's going to be quite a big thing stepping back into Gollum again.
"But I'm really really excited about working with Guillermo del Toro."
