Jackson 'fairly healthy' at time of death A new autopsy report shows that Michael Jackson was in relatively good health at the time of his death.

The report says Jackson's arms were covered with punctures, his face and neck were scarred and he had tattooed eyebrows and lips. He also had some arthritis and his lungs were damaged, which may have left him short of breath.

But overall Jackson was a fairly healthy 50-year-old, doctors concluded. He weighed 9st 10lbs, in the acceptable range for a 5ft 9in man, and his heart was strong.

The report said none of the singer's health problems were life-threatening and the pop star died from the potent anaesthetic his personal physician gave him to sleep.
