Meet Australia's electro-man
An Australian gets his kicks from performing daredevil stunts with electricity.
Peter Terren from Bunbury, in Western Australia, who is a doctor by trade, has dubbed his art 'elec-trickery'.
He manages half a million volts at a time, conducting it between anything metal - including a metal cage with him inside it.
Mr Terren said he loves the loud noise and impressive look of the electricity and was interested in physics from a young age.
"This all started when I was a child. I built my first radio at the age of 12 and I've sort of gradually built up from there," he said.
Mr Terren says the daredevil stunts are not for the faint-hearted and are extremely dangerous.
He takes precautions though - his hat may be stylish, but it is also an important insulator for his head.
"I'm very careful. I've been doing this for 50 years and I intend to be doing it for some time yet."
