Icicles kill six in Russia
Six people have been killed in Russia by falling icicles.
Medical authorities said that five people died in the Samara region, and one died in the nearby town of Otradny, between February 23 and February 25.
Falling chunks of ice are an annual hazard in Russia during the spring when the sun melts thick layers of ice and snow that have built up on roofs over months of freezing temperatures.
