Jonas Brothers gig raises over £1m
The Jonas Brothers have raised over £1 million at a charity concert in New York.
More than 600 people paid $1,500 each to watch the teen singing sensations perform in front of model Christy Turlington and actress Abigail Breslin.
Turlington said: "I'm here with my nieces and I am scoring lots of points. It's going to last me a long time."
Breslin, star of the hit film Little Miss Sunshine, said she was excited ahead of the show: "I just really like their music. I just think they are really good."
The pop-punk siblings Nick, 14, Joe, 17, and 19-year-old Kevin performed some of their hit songs including Play My Music.
The real life brothers broke into the mainstream in 2007 when they supported teen star Miley Cyrus.
The band's debut album reached number five in The Billboard 200 last August and launched the pop hits SOS, Hold On and When You Look Me In The Eyes.
The talented trio are also set to star in the upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie, Camp Rock, and in the Disney Channel series, JONAS!
