Snoop's back with new series
Snoop Dogg and his litter are back for season two of the series Snoop Dogg's Father Hood.
The reality series follows the hip hop legend, his wife and three kids as they go to high school, take football classes and get into acting and singing.
The show illustrates a softer, more responsible side to a man known for his gangsta rap, love of marijuana and numerous arrests.
Snoop Dogg said: "I wanna cry one day and say that my son made it. He did something that's never been done in my family. That's a tremendous goal, to go through college.
"I just want to see him make it because if he goes, his brother and sister are going to want to go and it's going to start a new tradition of wanting to go to college out of my family as opposed to just hurrying up to get out of high school so that we can do nothing"
Snoop Dogg grew up in Long Beach, California with his single mother and was affiliated with the notorious gang the Crips.
He said: "I went out and got into mischievous things that messed me up, that got me jail time, I joined gangs, I did things that were negative.
"As an adult I don't want my kids to do it so I choose not to live in my community that I grew up in, I choose to give them different options and I choose to not even expose them to what I was brought up around."
