007 is back, with the latest Bond movie out in theatres this weekend.

Quantum of Solace is unique in that it's the first film not to be directly based on an Ian Fleming novel, and also the first to be a sequel.

It begins right after Casino Royale ended, with Bond, played by British actor Daniel Craig, mourning his lover Vesper Lynd, who died before explaining why she double-crossed him by giving his multi million-pound winnings to the shadowy villain Mr White.

Quantum of Solace is non-stop action with car chases and fight scenes.

Craig said he loves it: "I get in the best shape as I can to do my own stunts so that the audience can appreciate that it is really me doing the action scenes."
