Klitschko calls David Haye 'immature'

Wladimir Klitschko has described David Haye as "immature".

The Ukrainian , who holds the IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight belts, slammed Haye at a red carpet event in Berlin, saying the Briton was "not serious enough to take a challenge".

Haye is hoping for a "mega-showdown" with Klitschko's brother, the WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko, after he stripped Russian giant Nikolai Valuev of the WBA belt earlier this month.

Haye, who overcame a colossal weight and height disadvantage to outpoint the towering "Beast from the East" in Germany, must next fight the WBA's mandatory American challenger John Ruiz.

Haye had been due to fight Wladimir Klitschko earlier in the year but the bout fell through due to an injury sustained by Haye.

He had also been planning to fight Vitali in September until the Valuev fight was secured.
