Serbian chef goes nuts
A unique cookbook has emerged where the chef's main ingredient is testicles.
A Serbian chef, Ljubomir Erovic came up with the idea and authored the book, which he is calling Cooking With Balls.
The cookbook includes recipes such as Calf Testicles in Wine or Pig's with Potatoes.
Most animals can be used - even ostriches.
Testicles are rich in testosterone, and the so called "white kidneys" have been considered to be a strong aphrodisiac.
Mr Erovic said: "So, through healthy food to better sex, if somebody does not believe he should come to this inn, and try food from testicles and day after to tell me
his experience."
Not only does the book offer readers cooking guidelines, but it also gives advice on the atmosphere that will add to the flavour.
