Karl Kennedy swapping Neighbours for reality TV?

Neighbours star Alan Fletcher says he does not envy Dannii Minogue's job on The X Factor.

They might be Australian and into music, but that is where the similarities end between him and the youngest Minogue sister.

The actor and musician said: "I love playing music, I love entertaining people but I don't really feel I'm qualified to judge others musical performances."

Fletcher, 52, is most famous playing Karl Kennedy in Australian soap, Neighbours.

He has teamed up with the National Grid for a student safety campaign and is touring student unions.
