Since winning the first series of Big Brother, Craig Phillips has appeared in a string of TV home makeover shows, putting his experience as a builder to good use.

He has also just finished writing his autobiography - Building Beyond Big Brother - although he admits he had a little bit of help with that.

And he runs his own company, building and developing properties.

However, despite his hectic schedule, the 37-year-old - who shot to fame in 2000 - insists he still finds the time to finish off those little jobs around the house - but he admits other people's jobs take precedence.

He said: "My house always gets put to the back. Everything else gets done first.

"At the moment I've got one of my private developments going on. We're building five apartments so that's taking up quite a lot of time trying to project-manage that."
