First-time director Rupert Wyatt has broken into the film business with The Escapist, already being called the British debut of the year.

The 35-year-old managed to enlist an impressive array of acting talent including Brian Cox, Damian Lewis and Joseph Fiennes for the prison breakout caper.

The script, co-written by Daniel Hardy, aims to keep viewers on the edge of their seats until the final frame.
