Rio Ferdinand will travel with the rest of the England squad to Croatia.

The Manchester United defender missed the 2-0 win over Andorra with a neck injury but he took part in a full training session with the rest of the squad in Barcelona and appears to be fit for Wednesday's match.

Meanwhile, Theo Walcott is hoping to keep his place in the England team.

He said: "It will be a totally different game playing counter-attack, which suits me really.

"It is going to be another big experience for me if I am involved and hopefully if I train well I will be there.

"We do not want to get too far ahead of ourselves. We just want to concentrate on each game and get a good result out there."
