New restaurant serves up hospital food
Latvia's latest restaurant is inviting guests to dine on consulting beds, while being waited on by nurses.
Visitors to the restaurant and bar in the capital Riga can also spend happy hour sitting in a dental surgeon's chair.
Another treat for guests is the chance to be fed while tied up in a straightjacket.
The restaurant, appropriately named the Hospital, is the brainchild of three doctors.
Restaurant manager Marita Bundule said the restaurant also attracts some male customers who like to stare at the waitresses.
"Waitresses are often complimented with men following them with their eyes for a long time. They also talk more with them than is normal in other restaurants," she said.
