£1m handbag to match your gladrags
For the WAG bored of her Hermes Birkin, a platinum and diamond-encrusted handbag worth a cool £1 million is up for sale.
The perfect addition to any walk-in wardrobe, the one-off creation, which has 2,182 diamonds totalling 208 carats, is the work of Japanese designer Ginza Tanaka.
The versatile little number allows the diamond shoulder strap to be removed and worn as a necklace or bracelet.
Alternatively, the 8-carat pear-shaped diamond, surrounded by 81 smaller cluster diamonds, can be detached and worn as a a brooch.
The bag is the showpiece of London's first ever Jewellery Week, sponsored by Coutts, and will go on display at a number of stores around the capital before being available for sale.
