Investigation into Jedward X Factor complaints

Television regulator Ofcom is now investigating after complaints over Simon Cowell's deadlock decision on The X Factor on Sunday.

Twins John and Edward ended up in the bottom two with Welsh teen Lucie Jones and Cowell refused to make a choice, going back to the public vote.

Many fans are furious after weeks of branding Jedward rubbish, he did not use the opportunity to get rid of them.

Instead Lucie was booted out of the competition despite being a more talented singer.

Despite the outrage the 18-year-old is not upset at Simon's decision.

She said: "The public get to see who they want to see more."
