Horse Trust fights decision
Nearly 30 horses nursed back to health after they were found almost starved to death, could be sent back to where they were rescued from.
A judge has ruled some of the animals should go back to a Buckinghamshire farm but their rescuers are fighting the decision.
Of the 82 horses rescued, 14 went to the Horse Trust in Speen and immediately put in quarantine.
As 29 of the horses are deemed family pets the judge ruled they should return to the farm in Amersham.
The rest will be sold at auction.
The Horse Trust is working closely with the RSPCA to get the court decision reversed.
