School of Comedy: Snails, accents and old ladies

It's an adult comedy show broadcast after the watershed, but the cast of School of Comedy are barely old enough to drink.
E4's newest comedy show presents a series of sketches written by adults and about adults but performed by adolescents.
The young cast are all veterans of the Edinburgh Festival, where their act was picked up in 2008 for a Channel 4 pilot.
That pilot has now spawned a six-part series on E4 and channel controller Angela Jain thinks she's discovered something very special.
"The cast are exceptionally talented, they've had a hand in the writing of the material. It's a real treat but most of all, for me, it's funny".
E4's School of Comedy goes at at 10pm on Thursdays.
