Some of Manchester CIty's players have had the chance to meet the club's owner Sheikh Mansour during a training session in Abu Dhabi.
Mark Hughes' team are in the United Arab Emirates to take on the UAE Nationa side in a friendly game.
After training the manager told reporters that after a run of five draws in the Premier League he was looking for his side to get back to winning ways as soon as possible.
"At the moment we have had a run of drawn games which has stopped our stride somewhat so we want to get back to winning ways as soon as possible," he said.
The first big money signing of the Sheikh Mansour era at the club was Brazilian forward Robinho.
The former Real Madrid playmaker has been out of action since the end of August, but according to Hughes is not far off a comeback to the first team.
