Doherty sentencing postponed - again
Pete Doherty has seen his sentencing for possessing class A drugs postponed yet again.
The Babyshambles frontman was set to appear at West London Magistrate's Court but his hearing has now been put back until October 2.
This is the second time a hearing has been delayed by judges for the charges which date back from May.
His lawyer, Sean Curran, said the singer has voluntarily gone into rehab and is "trying his best" to quit drugs.
He's quoted in a newspaper as saying: "I think he's quite serious. He's asked to go in and he's still there so he's trying."
The troubled rocker reportedly checked into rehab in August, just a day after he was accused of launching a violent attack on a female photographer.
He also managed to escaped jail after charges of breaching his bail were dropped because of a technicality.
