Dancing on Ice gets go-ahead
Dancing on Ice is set to return after ITV said it is "satisfied" the show is being run in accordance with regulatory procedures.
Programmes aired by ITV, Channel 4, Five and the BBC are currently being probed to see if viewers were misled into using premium-rate lines for TV phone-ins.
The show, whose semi-final will be aired on Saturday, features skating stars Torvill and Dean and was put on hold while ITV launched an independent review after it discovered The X Factor had overcharged viewers.
ITV said: "On the basis of the information available, including Deloitte's findings, ITV is satisfied that the programme is being operated in accordance with the Icstis and Ofcom codes.
"As part of our complete commitment to ongoing compliance, ITV will continue to observe the operation of interactive services with Deloitte's assistance.
"Deloitte are close to completing their initial review of other current shows and we hope to be making further announcements next week."
Simon Shaps, Director of Television at ITV said: "We are delighted that Dancing on Ice is going ahead as planned and viewers will be able to vote as normal for their favourite celebrities in Saturday's semi-final."
