Updated 14.52 Thu May 17 2007
Madonna has written a new song to be performed at London's Live Earth concert this summer.
The tune Hey You features Pharrell Williams and is said to be inspired by the climate change campaign.
It's the first new release from Madge since 2005's Confessions On A Dance Floor album
The pop queen is expected to perform the song at the Wembley Stadium gig on July 7, where James Blunt, Genesis and the Red Hot Chili Peppers are also tipped to perform.
It's the first new release from Madge since 2005's Confessions On A Dance Floor album.
The nine Live Earth shows will take place around the world to highlight the global warming crisis.
The concerts plan to set a "green example" for gigs by using eco-friendly electricity, sustainable lighting and carbon-neutral travel.
