'Fat and ugly' Lily considers surgery

Lily Allen has declared on her MySpace blog that she feels so unattractive that she has considered going under the knife.

The singer,who has in the past blasted the fashion industry for its "irresponsible" use of size-zero models, appears to have changed her opinion on the issue.

Lily wrote: "I used to pride myself on being strong minded and not being some stupid girl obsessed with the way I look.

"I felt like it didn't matter if I was a bit chubby 'cause, I'm not a model, I'm a singer.

"I'm afraid I am not strong and have fallen victim to the evil machine."

The Londoner said she felt "fat", "ugly" and was writing "in a sea of tears" from her hotel bed in Seattle, having spent the past hour researching gastric bypass surgery, and laser liposuction.

This not the first time the Smile singer has used MySpace to air intimate details and if she was looking for attention then Lily certainly got it - since her outcry, fans have posted over 600 message of support.
