Mills attacks media...again
Heather Mills has launched another scathing attack on the media, claiming she's treated worse than a paedophile and murderer.
She said: "I don't think anything can prepare you for being treated worse than a murderer or a paedophile when all you have done in 17 years is charity work."
The ex-model and activist was speaking in Dublin after being named an honorary patron of the Trinity University Philosophical Society.
She claimed the media continue to demonise her, and rebuked many of the stories circulating, including suggestions that she had compared herself to the McCanns.
"I never said I compared myself to the McCanns and they [the Media] said I did."
She also slammed society's rich and powerful during her hour-and-a-half address and said her latest campaign will pressure the European Parliament to bring in laws that would increase the size of apologies printed in newspapers.
