Arrest stops Li-Lo in her musical tracks

It looks like Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan has had to put her musical plans on hold for a while after her recent run in with the law.

The Mean Girls star apparently asked Fergie of Black Eyed Peas fame, to write a song for her just two days before she was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving, driving while suspended and possession of cocaine.

As the star is due to appear in court soon, her pop career may have to be shelved for a while

The actress, singer and party girl has had some success with her music ventures, releasing two albums in 2004 and 2005.

And Lohan was planning on getting to work on her third album this summer.
