Michelle talks about Sir Alan
Michelle Dewberry has insisted she didn't leave her job with Sir Alan Sugar because of the press attention her personal life was attracting.
Michelle beat 15,000 hopefuls to a job with Sir Alan's company Viglen by winning the reality programme, The Apprentice.
Some reports have suggested Sir Alan was upset Michelle attracted attention from the tabloids and the on-off relationship with fellow contestant Syed Ahmed.
But Michelle said it was not because they fell out. She said: "It wasn't how people billed it to be. It wasn't a fall-out, it wasn't a pay-off.
"It was literally two business people deciding are we going to proceed with this venture or not. For business reasons it wasn't viable."
After leaving she set up her own consultancy, Michelle Dewberry Limited, and she hopes to inspire young people to get into business.
