Mika set to break the US
Eccentric pop singer Mika looks set to take the States by storm as one of his songs has landed a role on smash hit show Ugly Betty.
The flamboyant star has recorded a new version of his hit song Big Girl for the US series.
The singer has changed the revised track to Betty Girl and reworked the first line of the chorus to 'Hey Betty, you are Beautiful'.
Mika says he is happy to have been given the opportunity to be part of the show as he is a big fan of Ugly Betty.
The star reckons that his song suits lead character Betty perfectly, as she is a style icon that stays true to her individuality - much like himself.
Meanwhile, it's expected that Victoria Beckham will pop up on the show, not as her usual self, but buried underneath a fat suit.
