Fashionista Coleen McLoughlin has been lending her star status to the new season launch of Asda's clothing range.

Last year the retailer hit the right note with its £19 suit and dresses for less than a tenner but are set to do even better with its new designs modelled by Coleen herself at a fashion show event in central London.

The 21-year-old shopaholic boosted her popularity after signing up to be the official face of George at Asda clothing and hopes her involvement with the chain will encourage people to get shopping too.

Coleen said: "It's nice for the public to see someone in the public eye wearing clothes that most of them can afford. So if someone sees it on me and says 'oh I really like that' they can go to Asda and buy it.

According to the new collection, leggings as still in for next season along with metallics and it looks like Coleen will be bagging a bargain or two after selecting a couple of key pieces for herself.
