Amy Winehouse has been taking a break from rehab, two weeks after going in.

She has been seen applying for an American visa, the biggest indication yet that she has been trying to get fit for the Grammys.

Amy is up for an impressive six Grammys, although her team insist no firm decision has been made whether she will go.

And even if she does, the visa application process may not be entirely straightforward. The back to black star has a drugs record after being arrested and fined for possession of cannabis last year in Norway.

The Brit jazz singer has been in rehab since January 24th.
