Rap battle heats up
Rapper 50 Cent is showing no sign of taking his forthcoming face-off with Kanye West lightly.
The two hip hop stars are set to go head to head in the charts when they both launch hotly-anticipated albums on September 11.
In a recent interview Fiddy threatened to end his rap career if he's upstaged by Kanye when their albums are released.
"If Kanye West sells more records than 50 Cent on September 11, I'll no longer write music," he said. "I'll write music and work with my other artists, but I won't put out anymore solo albums."
50's Curtis will square off against West's Graduation but the bullet-proof rapper is unlikely to lose too much sleep over the matter as his last LP sold 8 million copies - 5 million more than Kanye's.
