Bands clash before V Festival kicks off
It looks like this year's V Festival will go off with a bang with another spat between bands on the line-up brewing.
Welsh old timers The Manic Street Preachers have thrown the gauntlet down to Snow Patrol by calling them "utterly deplorable".
So it doesn't look like band member Nicky Wire will be making the effort to see the Scottish band in action after labelling their music desperate and repetitive.
Last year it was Lily Allen and Peaches Geldoff who apparently clashed after Peaches insulted the pop pixie.
Both bands share the bill with The Killers, Kasabian, Allen and Mika.
Meanwhile, it's been announced that Happy Mondays will be replacing troubled singer Amy Winehouse as she has cancelled her run of gigs for the rest of the month.
