Joe Calzaghe insists he is not thinking about a rematch with Bernard Hopkins as he prepares to face Roy Jones Jr.

The unbeaten super middleweight is only four wins away from equalling Rocky Marciano's record of 49 professional victories without defeat.

"It would be another boring fight" - Joe Calzaghe

He will face Jones in New York next month and there are rumours that he could take on Hopkins once again after winning a split decision when they fought in April.

Calzaghe said: "It always depends how I fell after the fight but at the moment I feel that I don't want to fight again.

"I don't think I have anything to prove to myself or anybody else.

"I don't think there would be any point in a rematch with Hopkins, it would be another boring fight. Unfortunately our styles don't gel, as you can tell from the first fight."
