She is also reported to be having her H cup breasts lifted.
The 27-year-old has dropped three stone by eating the cereal Special K for breakfast and lunch. She is also said to have embarked on a fitness regime in the gym at her Cheshire home.
The singer has landed a £250,000 windfall after frozen food giant Iceland renewed her advertising contract.
