Henson recalled to Wales squad

Gavin Henson is back in the Wales squad for the matches against Australia on May 26 and June 2.

The Ospreys back has been out of action since January with a knee injury but he is expected to make a comeback for his club in less than a fortnight.

Newport Gwent Dragons pair Colin Charvis and Michael Owen, Llanelli Scarlets wing Dafydd James and Cardiff Blues flanker Robin Sowden-Taylor have all been recalled.

Gareth Thomas will captain the team even though his club Toulouse hope he will be available to play in their French championship matches.

Wales coach Frank Hadden has decided to leave 18 of his regular players at home at a summer training camp.

They include British and Irish Lions Shane Williams, Tom Shanklin, Stephen Jones, Dwayne Peel and Martyn Williams.
