"It is a very special feeling" - Jose Mourinho

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho said: "It's a big, big final with two unbelievable teams over the season.

"It's a very special feeling, I think the game was amazing. You finish the game, you win and you are crazy with happiness.

"Blackburn gave us a game, it was not a surprise to me, I was waiting for this, they fought like heroes."

Frank Lampard gave Chelsea the lead, but Jason Roberts equalised to force extra-time.
