Madonna names new album 'Licorice'
Pop superstar Madonna has named her new album Licorice, according to reports from the US.
The recording is apparently set for release in April 2008, and will be the final studio album she will produce for her current label Warner Brothers.
It is thought hip hop star Kanye West and uberproducer Pharrell Williams will both feature on the album.
Reports say the star previewed her new music to record label staff but that two of the tracks, Candy Shop and The Beat Goes On, have already been leaked online.
Madonna has signed a multi-million deal with concert promoter Live Nation, which will end her 25-year relationship with Warner Music next year.
In a radical departure from the traditional route, she has opted for an all-in-one agreement with the tour company, which will have a stake in her albums, tours, merchandising, films, and other projects.
