Legendary entertainer Bruce Forsyth is celebrating his 80th birthday, but he says he has no intention of retiring just yet.

The king of Saturday night telly is celebrating his landmark birthday with family and friends later.

And this weekend there's a special tribute show to mark his 60 years in showbiz.

In a recent interview, Forsyth insisted he'll keep going. He said: "I always said I'll pack it in when I've lost the buzz. I still get the buzz," he said.

Forsyth's hit shows over the years have included The Generation Game, Play Your Cards Right and Bruce's Price Is Right, as well as hosting The Royal Command Performance.

He also appeared in the Disney film Bedknobs and Broomsticks.
