Madonna returns to Malawian court
Madonna will return to a Malawian court in order to find out whether she will be able to adopt David Banda.
The two-year old has been living with the popstar and husband Guy Ritchie since 2006.
Madonna is expected to appear in a Malawian court in the next fortnight or so for a final ruling.
A court clerk in Malawi said the case was expected to be hear on April 22, 23 and 25.
Earlier this month, Malawi's government recommended that its high court approve Madonna's adoption of David.
Madonna was introduced to the child in a Malawian orphanage a year and a half ago. She began the adoption proceedings in late 2006.
Some critics of the adoption have accused the government of skirting laws that ban non-residents from adopting children in Malawi, where Aids has left more than one million orphans.
