Homer Simpson, James Bond and Harry Potter have joined an exclusive band of winners at the inaugural National Movie Awards.
The latest Bond flick, Casino Royale won in the Best Action/Adventure category, while The Simpsons Movie won the Best Animation accolade.

And Harry Potter was the big winner taking home three gongs including best male performance for Daniel Radcliffe, best female performance for Emma Watson, and best family film for the Order of the Phoenix.
Hot Fuzz, the comedy starring Simon Pegg and Martin Freeman, beat Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, and Mr Bean's Holiday to the Best Comedy title.
