New Approach has won the Derby at Epsom.

Jockey Kevin Manning judged his sprint finish well, overtaking Tartan Bearer with little more than a furlong to run.

And last year's champion juvenile had a clear run to the finish on the inside.

Tartan Bearer pushed hard to the line but did not look like overtaking New Approach.

The favourite Casual Conquest finished third.
