Pop legend Michael Jackson has been greeting thousands of troops at a US army base in Japan.
Soldiers and relatives gathered at Camp Zama, just south of Tokyo to get a glimpse of the pop star and to shake his hand.
This is Jackson's second trip to Japan in recent months and he is expected to extend his trip for a few more days
The singer's series of personal appearances dubbed Fan Appreciation Days, have seem him attending lavish parties including an extravagant gala in Tokyo where tickets were going for nearly £2,000.

Since arriving in the country he has been mobbed by fans during a shopping trip and a visit to Disneyland.
