Brazil stars Ronaldinho and Adriano have been linked with moves to the Premier League before the transfer deadline.

A newspaper report claims Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich met Ronaldinho's advisors this weekend.

"Ronaldinho is our player and I am totally convinced that he will remain at the club" - Txiki Berguiristain

Barcelona's sporting director Txiki Berguiristain has denied those claims and insists the star will remain at the Nou Camp.

He said: "We do not want to sell him. Ronaldinho is our player and I am totally convinced that he will remain at the club. In this aspect the decision of Barcelona is clear."

Meanwhile, Inter Milan owner Massimo Moratti has said Adriano can leave the Italian club on loan and it has been suggested he could join Manchester City.

Inter manager Roberto Mancini said: "We are looking for the best possible solution. One option is for him to go and play where he will find more first-team opportunities and will be given more continuity."

Mancini worked as Sven-Goran Eriksson's assistant when the Manchester City manager was in charge of Lazio.

But Italian club Parma have also been linked with Adriano.
