Rascals plan new album

The up and coming band The Rascals have said they plan to record their second album early next year.
The band is fresh from supporting The Killers in Germany and has also performed at festivals in Belgium and Holland.
The lads said because of the busy schedule the first chance they will have to start writing the album is December.
