Mel B set to dance with the stars

Melanie 'Scary Spice' Brown has been lined up to appear in the next series of Dancing with the Stars in the US.

The 32-year-old mum will be joined by actress Jane Seymour and singer Marie Osmond.

Las Vegas performer Wayne Newton, boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr and model Josie Maran will also tkae part in the show, with is the US version of Strictly Come Dancing.

Its last series ranked the second most popular show on US television, after American Idol.

Heather Mills McCartney took part in the competition, but was knocked out in the sixth week.

Olympic gold medallist Apolo Anton Ohno beat former boyband star Joey Fatone to win the show.

The next series debuts in the US on September 25.
