Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has talked about the spiritual side of changing nappies.
The Viva la Vida star has said he finds it rewarding and mentally cleansing.

The father of four-year-old Apple and Moses, two, compared the chore to washing dishes.
Martin married Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow in 2003.
The Iron Man actress recently confessed to breaking down in tears at a Coldplay concert after hearing song Fix You - which Martin wrote for her after the death of her father.
The comedian Simon Pegg became son Moses' godfather, chosen because of his long friendship with Martin.
